Granite Division, Incorporated is an incredibly innovative, growing company based in Tyler, Texas. Our mission is to locate, deliver and install the finest quality granite and marble for our clients, in order to create beautiful timeless spaces. From large commercial buildings to residential kitchen and bath applications, we have the knowledge and experience to deliver successful results every time.
Our Experience
At Granite Division, our experience in the industry is vast and varied. We personally oversee every step of the process from importing to installation of materials. Our team travels the globe extensively searching for granite and natural stone resources, importing much of our materials from Italy and Brazil. We also import from India, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Norway, Finland and Turkey so we always have unique stones for you to see and feel. And thanks to these overseas contacts, we are able to offer our clients a larger selection of colors and varieties of materials to suit any design application.
This extensive importing practice is also an advantage to our customers. We are accustomed to landing and freighting materials to locations nationwide and have the ability to coordinate efforts between artists, architects, and delivery and installation personnel to keep the project on schedule. Whether materials come from the U.S. or abroad, we have the experience to get the right product delivered on time.
Our work in the monument industry has allowed us to work closely with some of the world’s most talented artisans to create unique pieces. Our success of large-scale commercial projects has earned us the credibility to participate in the current historic preservation projects of structures such as the Johnson County Courthouse and Henderson County Courthouse. And our experience in the residential market led us to create a new product for home and commercial use, called GraniteLoc™.
Our Innovation
An innovative spirit is what has made our company successful. With each new project come challenges, and from these challenges we create solutions. One such solution is the invention of GraniteLoc™, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Granite Division, Inc.
As professionals in the granite and natural stone industry, our team saw a need in the market. For installation of granite and natural stone countertops, there were only two choices: expensive, heavy slab, and tiles that required setting and grouting. Setting tiles make sense economically, but are often uneven. Consumers also like tile, but find that grout stains easily and is hard to clean.
Now builders and consumers have a new choice. GraniteLoc utilizes granite and natural stone tiles that are fused together during production. Our patent-pending process uses color-matched poly-resins to resist stains. Customers receive a beautifully finished surface at a fraction of the cost of traditional stone slabs.
Today, our company continues to search for new solutions and applications for granite and natural stone in both residential and commercial market.
