StonePlates are the only Engineered Stone Veneer switchplates available. Using a patent pending process the veneer is engineered from natural stone that is adhered to an existing switch plate. The veneers are uniquely engineered to match tumbled travertines and marbles. This is because the veneers retain the natural texture, or pitting, of the materials.
StonePlates are available in the same configurations as the various switchplates in any hardware store. They also fit the same. The stone veneer we add only increases the size of the switchplate face by 1/16 to 1/8 inch. This will help to cover as well as insure ease of application.
